I am a researcher (within law and social work) and professor and advocate in
Cleveland (Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Marshall College of
Law) and am wanting to accomplish the following:
I am trying to gather as much historical knowledge of all the current 80
juveniles (at time of sentencing) on death row. I want to coordinate and
analyze all in one place the difficult childhoods, psychological exams, etc.
of these juveniles (at the time) and write some research and use this as an
additional mitigating defense tool. I will collaborate with others in this
area, but currently there is no accumulation of this data.
For the juveniles on death row in texas, do you have any of this historical,
biographical, psychological, neurological information I may peruse and
use?
